A shop-vac gets the visible puddle. Our Water Extraction process is built for what's still soaking into materials underneath, which is where the real damage lives.

We measure extraction success with a moisture meter against a dry baseline, not by how the surface looks or feels, since a floor can appear dry while the material underneath stays saturated.
None of this changes for a small job either — the same standard applies whether it's a single-room water extraction call or a larger one.
These four things matter together, not in isolation — certification, speed, honest pricing, and the right equipment are what actually change the outcome of a water extraction call.
Commercial extraction units outpull portable equipment on every surface type we work with.
We test multiple points across the affected area before calling extraction complete.
Less drive time means extraction starts sooner, which matters most in the first hours.
You know the number before extraction starts, based on what we actually find.
Every part of water extraction work below carries the same documentation standard, whether it's a small job or a larger one.
We clear the obvious water fast, then go after what's still trapped in materials.
We adjust technique for engineered versus solid hardwood, since they respond differently to moisture.
Pad gets extracted independently from the carpet surface, since it retains water far longer.
Slab surfaces absorb and release moisture on a different timeline than wood subfloor.
We flag salvageable contents before starting so you're not guessing what to keep.
A final moisture sweep confirms target levels were actually reached before we leave.
This is the same sequence every water extraction job follows, regardless of size.
Dispatch gathers just enough detail to load the right equipment before the truck leaves.
Local staging is what makes rapid arrival possible, rather than a promise with nothing behind it.
The assessment sets the whole plan, so we don't rush it even when the visible damage looks minor.
A job isn't closed on a visual check — it's closed on a verified reading.
These reviews come from real water extraction calls, not a curated highlight reel.
"They pulled water from between our hardwood boards without warping them further, which I honestly didn't think was possible."
Jasper L., Maplewood"Our office flooded overnight and extraction was finished before staff walked in for the morning shift."
Rosalind P., Maplewood"Extraction from our finished basement slab was handled with a completely different approach than I expected, and they explained why."
Micah S., Maplewood"The pad testing caught moisture the carpet surface alone never would have revealed."
Fernanda Q., Maplewood"They walked me through exactly what the moisture meter was reading at each stage."
Zora P., MaplewoodIf your question about water extraction isn't covered here, call +1-844-578-1604 and we'll walk you through it directly.
Our water extraction coverage spans 55117 55119 55109, with crews positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.
Coverage extends past the immediate area, so an outlying Maplewood address isn't treated as a lower priority for water extraction.
If you're unsure whether your address falls in our water extraction service area, just call — we'll confirm quickly rather than making you guess.
